It has recently come to our attention that there are trays very similar looking to ours (see photos below) circulating from various resellers. Please note that these trays are in no way affiliated with ICY DOCK and may not be compatible with our lineup of ToughArmor products. Any damage caused as a result of using the third-party ToughArmor drive trays will void the 3-year warranty from ICY DOCK USA. The trays themselves are not covered under warranty and we suggest contacting the reseller to request a refund and repurchasing them from a reputable dealer which can be found from our list here:
