Check and make sure that the tray/box and the receiving frame are joint fully. |

Check and make sure that the power cable connector are properly connected. |

Reconnect the LED/LCD cable connector. |

Burned HDD |
The terminals of the power cable connector was not correctly connected to the terminals of the power source/supply. |
Replace the HDD. Check and make sure the terminals of the power cable and power supply/source are correct before connection. |

Unable to turn the keylock |
The box/tray was not fully inserted into the receiving frame. |
Re-insert the box/tray and make sure that the box/tray was fully inserted into the receiving frame. |
The handle was not properly or fully close. |
Check and make sure that the handle is properly or fully close. |
6 |
Once power was switch on the audio alarm automatically trigerred |
The set default temperature was too low. |
Turned off the power. At the same time turned on the power and press the "UP" and "DOWN" button. |
Temperature exceed the set default temperature. |
Check if the surrounding temperature exceed the set default temparature. |
Cooling fan is not working. |
Check if the cooling fan power cable connector is properly connected. If in case yes, return the product to the store/outlet and ask for RMA. |

The Master/Slave setting was not properly shown on the LCD screen. |
The dipswitch on the box/tray backplane was dysfuntional. |
Return the product to the store/outlet and ask for RMA. |
The Master/Slave setting was incorrect. |
Check and re-set again dipswitch for the Master and Slave setting. |

Unable to pull out the box/tray |
The keylock segment is still in locked position. |
Turn the keylock segment to unlocked. |
