8 x M.2 SATA SSD Docking for External 5.25" Bay

The CP065 allows storage of up to eight M.2 SATA drives in a single 5.25" bay. Each M.2 drive has its own drive tray, with a heatsink on top of each tray, to reduce overall temperatures on the drive and maintain peak performance. While M.2 trays are designed to be removable, CP065 allows easy swaps between M.2 drives which introduce convenience for users. On top of that, the drive cage has two fans installed to provide extra airflow inside the unit and draw away excess heat produced by the M.2 drives. In term of connectivity, each Mini-SAS HD port can connect up to four M.2 drives to the computer, reducing the cable clutter and providing easier maintenance.

CP065 is ideal for mini-servers and embedded systems, where its most favorable traits are reducing space usage and use lowered power consumption M.2 drives. By using CP065, any small foot print systems with spare 5.25” bay can now utilize the extra storage capacity along with the easier swapping of drives and ultimately expand the functionality of each system!
